Changeover day is Saturday. Guests are requested not to arrive before 4pm and to vacate the property not after 10am to allow for a smooth changeover.

EXCHANGE RATE
Prices are advertised in pounds sterling and this is the preferred currency. However, in the case of last-minute bookings (or if payment in euros is preferred by the renter) payment can be paid in euros on arrival by prior arrangement - which is not linked to the fluctuating exchange rate of the pound. SPECIAL RATES
Special Rates for long-term winter lets available on request.
HEATING
Gas central heating is included in the price during the winter months - ie October, November, December, January, February and March. However, it can be chilly in the evenings during April and September and electric radiators can be provided for this purpose and charged on a meter - at the same rate as the electricity supplier.
Prices include hot water, electricity*, towels and bedding.
*Except heating with electric radiators.
