Terms and Conditions

The person renting the property must be over 18 years of age.
A 25% deposit will secure your booking.
The balance of the rental amount is to be paid 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental period.
The booking deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation by yourselves.
The total rental amount is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled by yourselves less than 6 weeks prior to the arrival date. However, if a last minute booking can be made to cover the cancelled period - the balance of the rental amount will be returned in full.
All bed linen, towels, duvets and pillows are supplied.
The rental period starts from Saturday 16.00pm and finishes on Saturday 10.00am
We do not ask for a security deposit but kindly ask that any damage or breakages incurred by your-selves to be reported to Jenny or Mike. We ask that any small breakages to be replaced or paid for and any damage to the property to be paid for by yourselves.
All responsibilities (according to the law or otherwise) during your stay in the house are entirely at your own risk.
We regret pets are not allowed.
Normally, all bookings are taken in POUNDS STERLING. However, any bookings made within 3 weeks of the arrival date: Payment is to be made in full in euros on arrival. Prices in euros are listed below*

EXCHANGE RATE

Prices are advertised in pounds sterling and this is the preferred currency. However, in the case of last-minute bookings (or if payment in euros is preferred by the renter) payment can be paid in euros on arrival by prior arrangement. - Please note: due to the fluctuating pound/euro rate - we have set a rate of 1.20 euros to GBP sterling*.

Cleaning

As we do not charge for cleaning at your departure, we kindly ask that you leave the cottage in the same condition in which it was found at your arrival. We do not expect you to wash your used bed linen but kindly ask that you leave it in one pile for us to launder. If you do not wish to clean the property at your departure – we can do so for a supplement of 40 euros.
